A few things come up often enough to answer here.
Is it really free?
Yes. No purchase, no subscription, nothing to buy. If a site calling itself Howzat Live asks you for money,
it is not us.
Why am I still Scale 0?
The badge unlocks after five rated matches, so the board never shows a Scale 7 who has played twice.
Playing the computer counts for half, up to Club.
My opponent disconnected
A match is held for a minute so people can reconnect. Past that it is awarded to whoever stayed.
Delete my account
Write from the address on the account and say so. See the
privacy policy for what that removes.
